LimeBook REJ

During an evacuation, the OHS officer generates an up-to-date evacuation list in the REJ module with a single click, covering all individuals on-site — both employees and visitors with e-passes. This instantly shows who has left the building and who may still be in the danger zone, eliminating the need to check paper records.

LimeBook SZK

The OHS team prepares an introductory safety training for new production employees. With LimeBook SZK, the online course is available on-site via a terminal or on mobile devices. The system automatically monitors training validity and sends renewal reminders, preventing situations where someone works without up-to-date certification.

LimeBook POZ

Before starting welding work in a fire hazard zone, the OHS officer approves the permit in LimeBook POZ. The system guides the document through a multi-step workflow, sends notifications to relevant personnel, and archives the documentation. LimeBook RAP
