LimeBook REJ LimeBook REJ is an electronic visitor logging system that replaces traditional sign-in books with a modern, digital process for managing guests and contractors.  Our application is a comprehensive Visitor Management System, designed for organizations with heightened security requirements, manufacturing facilities, and modern office buildings.

LimeBook REJ enables advance visit planning. The system sends SMS and email invitations to visitors, which may include:

  • A link to remote registration (reducing on-site processing time).
  • Health and safety training and instructions.
  • An individual QR code serving as an electronic access pass.

Unattended reception and self-service terminals

The system enables guests to check in independently and complete occupational health and safety training (using the LimeBook SZK module) via multimedia kiosks or tablets. The tablet application guides the user step by step through the registration process, prints a physical access pass, and sends a notification to the visit host.

User-friendly Security and Reception Panel
